  • Do You Offer Same-Day Services?

    If you call in, we can try our best! However, we are often booked in advance, so same-day appointments can be difficult to secure. On average, you can expect an appointment to be booked within 72 hours.

  • How Long Does a Full Detailing Service Take?

    A full detailing service typically takes 3-5 hours, depending on the size and condition of your vehicle. We never rush—we make sure every detail is handled with care.

  • What Areas Do You Serve?

    We provide mobile detailing services within a 50 mile radius of Wadsworth and Akron, OH. We bring the shine straight to your doorstep!

  • Do You Need Access to Water and Electricity?

    Yes, we do. We'll need access to a garden hose spout for water and an electrical outlet to plug in our shop vac and pressure washer. If these are available, we’ll take care of the rest! If these are not available, we will do our best to coordinate to where you can drop off at our place of work.

  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

    We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle. If you pay using a credit or debit card, we must charge tax and there will also be a (4%) service fee added.



  • Can You Remove Stubborn Stains and Odors?

    Yes! Our interior detailing services include stain and odor removal using professional-grade products and techniques to refresh your car's interior.

  • What Is Ceramic Coating, and How Long Does It Last?

    Ceramic coating is a long-lasting protective layer that shields your car’s paint from the elements. It provides a glossy finish and can last up to 6 months to 3 years with proper maintenance.

  • How Far in Advance Should I Book My Appointment?

    We recommend booking your appointment at least a few days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • What Happens If It Rains on My Appointment Day?

    If the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll work with you to reschedule your appointment for the next available dry day.

  • Do You Offer Any Maintenance Plans?

    Yes! We offer service plans to keep your car looking its best year-round. Contact us for more details on our customizable maintenance packages.
